PRODUCTION

The easiest part of the shoe is to put on. Producing shoes at Derisan Shoes is a work that requires art and is not as simple as it seems, requires effort and patience. As Derisan family, we attach importance to R&D studies in order to meet your shoe needs since our establishment.

In our new facilities, we carry out the R&D necessary to provide better service to our valued customers, and we strive to produce a comfortable product for you.

DESIGN The most important thing for shoe modeling is to determine the model. This model determination changes according to the features, that is, according to the segment you will address.

CUT The upper and lining of the shoes are cut in a suitable way from animal skin, fabric or artificial leather.

UPPER It is the upper part of the shoe, other than the sole, which is formed by sewing different shaped parts to each other. It can be produced as a contract.

SEWING The parts forming the upper and the lining are sewn together.

MODEL The lace holes are opened at this stage. Number v model reliefs are also made on the inner surface of the shoes.

ASSEMBLY Heels are also prepared with inner and outer sole parts.

BASING The upper formed by the addition of parts is stretched over the mold and then sewn to the inner sole or molded by attaching with nails.

PATTERN The upper and insole must be kept in the mold until they take their permanent form.

FINISH Burning the yarns that are damaged or seen as excess during the production process is the necessary step for cleaning.
